Please kindly be informed, after series of discussion and consideration among the JMB committees. Finally we have made the decision to STOP the manually open the entrance gate by our “too friendly” guards or owner. We disconnect the manual open function. This direction is to give a strong signal to the selfish/errant owner/ irresponsible drivers who simply drive in without entrance access card and park their car anyway they like! This decision might cause some inconvenience but in order to make everything in place, safety and to be fair…. etcs, for us in JMB, it is the best and right move. Hope all owners understand and agreed with us. This will take effect on 17^th Dec 2012. 

If you have any concern you can come to meet us for further discussion before the effective date.
