Let’s us brain storming. For your information, we are always in the business of saving money & making money…even looking for sponsorship. The Chairman already being coded as “Haji Bakir” , “kendekut” or Money Face.

All the time nowadays, we are thinking & cracking our head, how to make more money for the management account, some funny ideas came to our mind before like, selling new paper, tissues paper, selling Gardenia bread, cigarette, cooking oil, which the residents need to use every day, or even rubbish collection from unit to unit (with small charges) or open small gerai selling “kopi tarik”…”Mee kuah” or….another one.. koperasi actually another good idea! Anyway there is always pro and con on these ideas. In fact personally I still thinking off about these few projects, believe that when the time is right, it will be materialized, the day will come hopefully.

Talk about saving money, I think we have already done enough with the for management operation with JMB personnel take in charge (RM 1xxx), RM3xxx for 2 guards, cleaner Services handle by our own with much below RM2K....etcs, they are really even below market price, can't reduce further?, or else will affect the quality of service. We must always remember that we can't compromise on the quality.
Moving forward from here, so now the only area we are thinking off is how to save the electricity bill, currently we are  hitting RM4k – RM6K per month, painful...., well, past few weeks we are busy studying the energy saving light, first move is do evaluation, simulation and assessment on the spotlight at the swimming pool compound. Is it a need to on it from 7.30pm to 7.00am? Is it a need or is it a must??! Or is it others contingency plan on it?

So guys at Kelisa Heights, do share with us if u got any good idea for saving money or making money, Perhaps at the end, it will benefit all the residents, include you, me & our.  It is everybody responsibility. Group together, act together & work together… Let's work together as one team and making Kelisa Heights the better place for living
