Welcome To The Blog For Residents Of Kelisa Heights

Welcome! This is the first posting to the blog for residents of Kelisa Heights Condo. It is hoped that this blog will help to foster closer and better relations between residents of Kelisa Heights Condo while fulfilling its main function of a bulletin and news board for goings-on and events in the condo as well as a forum to discuss plans proposed for the condo.

It is hoped that there will be much participation by residents.

    Bro, 400k is not an issue now, the price is keeping up with lots demand on Kelisa Heights. Demand is more than supply now hahahaha. Our Chairman is targeting 500k end of this year. Who ever want to sale the unit can come to JMB office we can help for any nego.

    Bro,
    Parking is a major problem. A handful of them is not following the rules of ENTRY BY TOUCH & GO ONLY. They only own one unit, how can they park 2 cars in the compound with only ONE card. Rules should apply to ALL WITHOUT FEARS & FAVOURS. Understand that more than 10 cars which is parking outside will also bring in their cars into the compound to park at the vacant parking bays.

    hi, i m buying a condo unit nearby Kelisa height. Would like to know how much u all paying for maintenance fees (for reference). Mine is charging 14cents psf + 10% (i dnt knw wats that for). Kindly advice. Going to b owner here. Thx!

    SH,

    We pay RM120 for the maintenance fees and RM12 for the sinking fund. The 10% is for the sinking fund. Build up area is 1200 SF.
