(a) That a dedicated letterbox (Peti Cadangan) be allocated for the deposit of complaints/suggestions. Residents are requested to ensure the deposit of complaints/suggestions into this letterbox which beside the Kelisa Heights management office.
(b) An email address kelisaheights@yahoo.com also been set up as an alternate mode of complaints/suggestions lodgement.
(c) All complaints/suggestions lodged will be presented for the attention of a dedicated member of the JMB for appropriate action. A report of the same shall also be presented at each JMB meeting for the attention of all members thereof.
(d) Our very own blog kelisaheights.blogspot.com also been set up to provide an online community & social networking about the residents of Kelisa Heights.
